Our history

ASURA is one of the key providers of real estate maintenance and management in Central and Eastern Europe. The network of our office branches across the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia. With the inevitable expansion onto the market of Western Europe, our portfolio has become enhanced with offices in Italy and Austria.
 
Our list of clients is exceptionally diverse, and some of the names on the list of partners with whom we have worked since the beginnings until today has included renowned companies, such as: Lidl, SAP, Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems, Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, Ericsson, Triglav Insurance, Sberbank, Raiffeisen Bank Austria, KFC, Uniqa insurance, Valamar hotels, Liburnia Hotels, Decathlon, INA, Osram, Qatar Airways, Doka Formwork, Kuen + Nagel, DPD Group, the Hard Rock Cafe and many others.
 
ASURA beginnings date back to 2005 when, as a small company, we succeed in establishing a place for ourselves in the Croatian market, amidst the foreign competitors that possessed extensive experience. We have proven ourselves in our professionalism, commitment, competitive prices, and high-quality solutions along with our excellent team and a wide range of services. In turn, this was recognized by our numerous partners who had given us their trust over the years of doing business with us.
 
Our references include a wide scope of activities, from small maintenance jobs to large construction projects and, more importantly, jobs involving facility management in different business sectors. In our operations, we have worked with financial institutions, the hospitality industry, logistics centers, health care institutions, complex industrial facilities, all the way up to IT and telecommunications giants.
 
We currently maintain thousands of square meters of premises and cooperate with a large number of clients while we unstoppably expand our network.
 
Nonetheless, our work does not stop here. On the contrary, the vision of gaining a leading position in the CEE market and the strengthening our position in the market in Central and Western Europe is the guiding thought for our company that constantly drives us forward not only in quantitative but also in qualitative terms.
